Shipping containers are made of non-corrosive corten steel, not only built to last but 100% recyclable at the end of their life. We only use A grade (single trip) high cube containers
Our units are fully fitted out in NZ using experienced licenced building practitioners and qualified subcontractors
Superior insulation which exceeds building code requirements minimises the need for heating and cooling
Standard practical designs feature eco-principles such as passive solar and cross ventilation or we can work with you on a custom design that meet your needs
Off-site construction minimises waste & site disturbance
Eco-friendly products used in the construction and fit out such as low VOC paints, timber sourced from sustainable NZ forests, LED lighting & Energy efficient appliances
