Hi Tiny homeowners,

I like to give people with mobile tiny houses a chance to live reasonably cheap on freehold land in Kaikohe town. Please see below a couple of images of my section - 11 Tui street Kaikohe

It is 600M2 of flat bare land partly fenced off, all in grass & weeds, Great for kids and pets to run around on.

There is plenty of space for 2 Tiny Houses. Off-road parking.

It is in a very quiet street, with no through traffic. It is anticipated that the Tiny Houses are self-sufficient, as water and power are not connected.

You may start a vegetable garden, the Tiny Houses must adhere to local bylaws.

Bond is 2 weeks rent. Rent per week $120 per thow.

Long term lease is negotiable.
